Fire breaks out in high-rise building behind Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat bungalow in Mumbai, no casualties reported


Over the years, the Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh KhanBandra’s house Manate has become an iconic destination in Mumbai. In fact, it’s even considered a tourist hotspot where fans from all over come to take pictures outside. They may not spot Shah Rukh, but be sure to take photos outside his lavish abode.

The ANI news agency has just reported that the high-rise apartments behind Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat bungalow have caught fire.

The fire started on the 14th floor of a building in Bandstand and eight firefighters have already reached the site. The tweet reads: “Maharashtra | Level II fire has started at 14th floor of Jivesh building at Bandstand Road, Bandara (W). 8 firefighters reach the site. Further details awaited: Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB )”

Mannat recently made headlines for getting a new nameplate. A source close to the family then revealed that the new nameplate was designed by Gauri Khan and will cost around Rs 20-25 lakh. The lavish abode is said to cost around Rs 200 crore and boasts of a huge kitchen and dining room with a playroom for her children, a private bar, an entertainment center and a beautiful garden.
